A Good and Bad Morning

This morning, i've been into two different moods within only an hour. First, i got pissed by the attitude of a colleague. She's not from our department so i guess there's a bias to my reactions. But who cares? This is my reaction okay!

Well, the girl i am talking about is from the accounting department. I've heard she's the supervisor but i don't give a damn. She don't have the right to ask me if I'm done with my tasks or not, i'm not her subordinate! This happened just few minutes after i got to the office. My cousin asked me for some food because she's hungry and said she'll take a 15 minutes break. I gladly offered her some of my foods and she sat beside me. I allowed her to have a little chat with me since i am not doing anything yet, otherwise i would just tell her to get the food and leave me alone.

However, after just few seconds the "girl" followed my cousin and peeked right inside the cubicle where we were. She told my cousin to get back to her place of work and that she might be disturbing me. My cousin told her she's having a break while smiling. But heck! The "girl" told my cousin she's not joking and that she must obey immediately. But i told her it's okay and my cousin is not disturbing me. And then to my surprise, she asked me "Tapos ka na ba sa tasks mo?" ("Are you done with your tasks?") The nerve of that girl!

Well, i got really pissed off and wanted to confront her but my cousin told me not to as it might affect her probationary period in the company.

Geez! That one really got to my nerve! Good thing, a good news has enlightened my morning. Well, i just received a payment through my Paypal account! Yes! Associated Contents, where i submitted a 400 words article yesterday sent me payment this morning. I am so happy even though the amount is just $6. But what the heck? It's still a payment and it's my first time to ever received payment through such schemes.

Back to Work!

After being on maternity leave for 2 months, it's time for me to face the computer again and start earning a living. Yes! I'm back to work and this is my first day.

Wow, i can't believe i actually missed our humble office. I've realized i've missed the things i everyday do at this light green-toned workplace such as clocking in and out, hearing the laughters and chikkahans of my colleagues, making a cup of coffee every now and then, etc.

Oh well, it's 8:00 am and i need to start cracking or i'll have to incur pending works for my first day. That's bad sign! hehe.
